Budget Management

With B-SMS Budget Management, you can plan the budget for each vessels individually. The intuitive interface allows you to categorize the budgets in multiple budget line items and see the real time balance in each line items. You can also lock the periods from master setup to allow the purchase for current/future periods only. This will effectively help you to avoid the purchase for the past accounting periods which has already been closed.

With the detailed reports, you can plan the future expense and track the expense history. The budget and expense report shows the amount used in line items by periods. With the charts, you can easily see the trends of expenditure.
